For the last month I have been listening to a catchy electronic dance tune called "Midnight City" from French Indie-Pop band 'M83'. It is one of the many great tracks off their latest album, Hurry Up, We're Dreaming. Last night, they played a flawless version of the single on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. This is not the first time the group has caught my ear. I remember back in 2009 when M83 actually opened up a show for my favorite band, 'The Killers', up in NYC at Madison Square Garden. I was dancing up a storm on the rail from my front row spot and I remember thinking I have to look these guys up when I get home, they are pretty damn good! It's a shame Brandon Flowers and the boys paralyzed my mind for a week with their epic performance because I forgot to do my homework after the concert and have been missing out on their stuff for the last few years. Luckily this month, it has all come full circle and my iPod is now loaded with a few of their albums including possibly my favorite, Saturdays = Youth. If you have not heard these guys, look them up.
